Plastic Tips

The Plastic Pickup Tools are either stand alone replaceable tips or assembled with a steel shank

The mostly used shape is conical (CT) with the tip made out of several High Quality plastics matching customer requirements.

RPCT

Molded or machined conical replaceable tips made principally in white or black POM. Other plastic materials or shapes (rectangular) are available.

2151-CT Conical Tool

Principally meant to have a conical tool tip, this threaded steel shank accommodates a pressed-in plastic tip. The entire assembly is to be replaced. Selection of several plastic materials and other face shapes are optional.

Plastic CT

The sharp conical taper of the fixed plastic tip allows this tool to be used in situations when the access is made difficult. All standard or custom shanks can be assembled with the CT tip.

Plastic RT

The rectangular or square fixed plastic tip compared to the round tip has the advantage to have more contact surface with the die thus reducing occurrence of die rotation and reducing tip wear.

Plastic PL

The plastic PL tool will reduce contact surface with the die and preserve sensitive areas located in the die center.
