High temperature Conical & Rectangular Tip Rubber

The black Silicone rubber (SR) is since the beginning of chip assembly an appreciated base material to produce replaceable tip. Despite the emergence of other materials ( see our HCTE，HRTE), the  silicone rubber has conserved properties giving satisfaction and flexibility. The shape of silicone rubber tip is the same as the shape of nitrile rubber. SPT proposes a variety of high temperature silicone rubber tips which are finished to the desired sizes.

The range of available sizes starts with a minimum size of 008x008 up to 400x400 mils.

Every type is build from a family of 4 distinct types identified as:  A B C D.

The types A and B are compatible with the shank having the square insert type A/B while the others are compatible with any shank having the square insert type C/D.
